How Infrared Is Different
Deep, steady heat up to 150 degrees
A traditional sauna heats the air around you. Infrared warms your body directly, so the heat goes deeper and stays with you after you step out.
You sweat fully without that scorched-air feeling, which makes it easier to stay in, easier to breathe and easier to come back to.

The Room Is Yours
-
A private bathroom and shower with organic body wash
-
Towels and water bottles waiting for you
-
A shelf of books if you want one
-
Bluetooth speakers for your own music, meditation or podcast
-
No need to arrive early. Walk in, close the door.
Choose Your Sauna Session
Thirty minutes or a full hour. Stay as long as your body wants.
30 Minutes · $33
A short reset. Enough time for the heat to settle in, then a shower and back to your day.
1 Hour · $50
An hour to sweat, rest, read or listen. Then shower and leave slow.
Add to a Treatment · 1 Hour · $45
Book your acupuncture or massage first, then choose “Book More” on the confirmation page and add an hour in the sauna. A good way to let the work settle in.
Sauna Packages
4 one-hour sessions for $180, or 8 for $320. That’s $45 or $40 an hour, for anyone who knows they’ll be back.
Ask the front desk or call (619) 699-9328.
Before You Book
Check with your doctor first if you’re pregnant, have a heart condition or blood pressure concerns, or take medication that affects how you handle heat. Drink water before and after, and skip alcohol that day.
For the ones who carry a lot.

-
You’re a parent, business owner or healer who carries a lot
-
