Dr. Regina Paskoff

Licensed Acupuncturist, Doctor of Chinese Medicine

Regina Paskoff, DAcCHM, L.Ac, is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and a double-board-certified, licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioner. She earned her doctorate from the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, where she trained extensively in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including acupuncture, fire cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, and herbal medicine.
Her path into Chinese medicine began with her own experience with PCOS, which led her to explore acupuncture as a last resort and ultimately a turning point. With a background in Psychobiology, Regina originally pursued a Western medical path, studying the brain’s role in behavior and physiology. Her experience with acupuncture and East Asian medicine opened her eyes to a different way of understanding health and healing, leading to a deep interest in root-cause medicine and a whole-person approach to care.
Regina provides a grounded, evidence-informed approach to integrative, holistic medicine. She views the body as an interconnected system and works to understand the underlying patterns contributing to a patient's symptoms and overall health concerns. Believing in the body's innate capacity to heal, she partners with patients to help them feel more connected to their bodies and regain a sense of hope, clarity, and confidence in their health.
Her treatments integrate modern clinical knowledge with TCM theory, utilizing acupuncture, orthopedic trigger point therapy, electrical stimulation (e-stim), moxibustion, fire cupping, gua sha, manual muscle release techniques, and individualized Chinese herbal prescriptions. When appropriate, she also incorporates nutrition and lifestyle guidance, recognizing that healing extends beyond the treatment room and into the ways we move, eat, rest, and care for ourselves in our day-to-day lives.
Regina has a special focus on orthopedic pain management and injury recovery, digestive health, women's health and fertility, and nervous system regulation. She works with patients navigating everything from acute and chronic pain to menstrual and reproductive health, fertility and IVF/IUI support, stress and anxiety, and digestive or chronic inflammatory concerns. Her approach is always individualized, combining the tools of TCM with an understanding of each patient's unique needs and goals. She is also certified in facial rejuvenation acupuncture and microneedling to support holistic pro-aging.
When not in the clinic, you’ll usually find Regina doing something outdoors. She loves hiking, biking along the cliffs, camping, cooking, and spending time with family & friends. She sees movement, connection, mindfulness, and time in nature as essential parts of feeling healthy, grounded, and balanced.
