An active, breath-synchronized movement practice held in our deeply healing Salt Sanctuary. This class can help you build gentle heat, boost flexibility, and clear your airways. You do this as you breathe in therapeutic Himalayan salt micro-particles. This is the perfect practice for moving stagnant energy, building mindful strength, and leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Candlelit Yin & Sound Healing

A deeply restorative and meditative practice designed to help you let go. Postures are supported and held longer in the soft, grounding glow of candlelight. This safely targets deep connective tissue. It also targets fascia. As you release physical tension, soothing sound healing frequencies wash over you. They calm your nervous system and guide you into deep, restful relaxation.

What is the difference between Salty Vinyasa Flow and Candlelit Yin

  • Salty Vinyasa is an active, movement-based class where we link breath to continuous motion to build heat. Candlelit Yin is a slow, passive, floor-based practice where you hold poses for several minutes. It deeply stretches connective tissues and promotes stillness.

Do I need prior experience to attend your classes or events

  • Not at all. Our space is highly inclusive, and our practitioners are skilled at offering modifications. Whether you attend the Intro to Buddhism class, a Sound Bath, or a Yoga flow, beginners are welcome. We fully support you.

What should I bring to a Sound Healing or Breathwork event?

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and perhaps a journal if you like to write reflections after your session. We provide the tranquil environment and the healing frequencies.
