Grief & Letting Go
Grief & Letting Go: Breath to Release
For the grief that lives somewhere deeper than words. The heaviness in your chest. The breath that catches. The person, relationship, season, or version of your life that mattered, and still has a place in you.
This session isn't about getting over grief or forcing yourself to let go. It's about giving grief somewhere to move.
Rooted in East Asian Medicine, this guided meditation works with the Lungs + Large Intestine, the systems associated with grief, receiving, and release.
Through breath, acupressure, visualization, and somatic movement, you'll create space around what hurts without asking yourself to stop loving what was there.
What you'll work with:
grief that feels stuck in the chest or body
loss, endings, and life transitions
heaviness through the chest, ribs, throat, and shoulders
emotions that come in waves
the tension between holding on and letting go
making space for love without carrying it as a burden
