Esseance is a certified massage therapist who specializes in therapeutic bodywork for both physical pain and emotional holding patterns.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that the body doesn’t separate what we feel from what we carry. Chronic tension, pain, and fatigue are often layered with unresolved stress, emotional strain, or past experiences that haven’t fully moved through the system.
She works with muscle tension, myofascial restriction, stress-related pain, and nervous system overwhelm—while also creating space for deeper release where the body has been holding on.
Approach
Esseance blends clinical bodywork with a more intuitive, integrative lens. Her sessions are designed to help clients become aware of what’s happening beneath the surface—where tension is stored, how it’s being held, and what the body is trying to communicate.
Her work may include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and slow, intentional techniques that allow the nervous system to settle and the body to shift out of protective patterns.
Each session is personalized, meeting the body where it is, without forcing release—allowing it instead.
Education & Training
Esseance has spent the past four years studying massage therapy alongside Eastern philosophy, shaping an approach that bridges physical technique with a deeper understanding of the body as both structure and experience.
Her training informs the way she listens through her hands—working not just on the tissue, but with the story it holds.
