Join us for an immersive exploration of the subconscious mind in our upcoming workshop. Experience Sonic Neural Breathwork, a transformative technique akin to somatic breathwork practices, designed to facilitate a journey beyond the confines of the "thinking mind". Through this unique breathing method, participants grant their pre-frontal cortex a rest, enabling the release of the ego and fostering a sense of surrender. This workshop is tailored to help individuals release stuck energy and alleviate physical discomfort through gentle movement, vocalization, and emotional expression such as crying or laughter. Guided by beautiful sonic soundscapes, prepare for a profound musical journey guiding you through the inner landscapes of your mind and body. Our session begins with an intention-setting ceremony, followed by light breathwork and sound healing to prepare the body for deeper exploration. Over the course of an hour, we'll delve into the sonic neural breathwork practice, culminating in a soothing sound bath infused with essential oils. Finally, we'll come together in an integration circle to reflect and conclude the event harmoniously. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of service. As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation text and/or email before your appointment.
