What Is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a skin treatment that uses a precision electric skin-needling device to break down old scar tissue and stimulate skin cell regeneration. This process promotes the formation of new layers of collagen and elastin fibers while improving blood flow to the skin.
The device gently slides along the skin, creating tiny micro-injuries at depths of up to 2mm. These micro-channels signal the body to produce fresh collagen and elastin, supporting a smoother, firmer, and more youthful complexion.
Benefits of Microneedling

Improve skin texture and tone
Reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and pore size
Diminish acne scars and surgical scars
Lighten hyperpigmentation and sun damage
Minimize stretch marks
Alleviate rosacea symptoms by strengthening the skin barrier
Improve absorption and effectiveness of skincare products
Support anti-aging by restoring elasticity and firmness
Deliver fewer side effects than lasers or aggressive peels

What to Expect During a Microneedling Session
When you arrive, your highly trained practitioner will prepare your skin with a topical anesthetic numbing cream. While the numbing takes effect, you’ll relax under Celluma Light Therapy.
Once the procedure begins, the Acumicro device glides over your skin. You may feel light pressure and tiny pricks, but any discomfort is brief.
How Many Microneedling Sessions Are Needed?
The number of sessions depends on your skin’s condition:
Mild aging concerns: 3-6 treatments
Acne scars or deeper wrinkles: 4-10 treatments
Stretch marks or burns: Up to 10-15 treatments
Microneedling can be safely repeated every 3-5 weeks. Results often begin to appear after the first session, with full results developing over several months.
