Service Description

Community healing sessions held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday focused on exploring Grief, Sexual Trauma, and other hard to feel emotions. Expect to be held with warmth and unconditional acceptance. In community, we will connect intentionally to our physical and energetic bodies, intuition and Truth. Sessions often include: - guided meditation/shamanic journey - somatic processing - facilitated group sharing - intuitive readings - energy work This space is held with great care and integrity - anyone is welcome. Healing happens in community.
