Service Description

In this class you will hold passive poses for an extended period of time. Each posture uses a variety of props to support you, to allow for deep relaxation of the body and mind. Throughout class you will be bathed in various sounds and vibrations from soothing instruments. This class will be lightly heated with infrared panels.
