Service Description

Sunday, 4/30 10am-12pm Join Nazli for this 2 hour experience incorporating ceremonial cacao, sound healing, mantra, and breathwork. The practices and cadence of the gathering will guide you towards shedding the unnecessary, stimulating and breaking through stagnant energies, and opening your heart to your inner wisdom. We will end with a group discussion, a chance to connect, and light yummy snacks. Attendees also receive a small gift to continue expanding on the days' revelations at home! The superfood and heart opening plant medicine Cacao is sourced from a family in Peru that Nazli's friend knows and works with personally. The powerful sound healing instruments will include crystal and alchemy singing bowls, a variety of chimes, and a gong. Nazli has been curating mindful gatherings for almost 10 years, and leads trainings, retreats, and events locally in San Diego and around the world! Exchange: $65
