Service Description

This is a one on one session that will be catered to your current needs. This can be more movement or breathwork based or a combination of breathwork and movement. This will take place in the Nalu Healing Ranch and can be infrared heated if you prefer. One on one sessions give you more attention and detail to your individual needs and can help work through your own goals.
