Mixed Yoga Arts is a principled methodology that reveals another side to the practice of Yoga. It is a unique experience that honors first and foremost a safe space amongst the attendees as well as the long term benefits of inner safe space which is resilience. MYA always includes somatic invocations, foundational mobility, bi lateral stimulation, patterns and movements as well as athletic dynamism. It is intelligent, ritualistic, sacred and somatic.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your treatment, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. Email: support@naluhealingarts.com Phone: ‭619-699-9328 In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of service. As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation text and/or email before your appointment. If we cannot reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. We appreciate your commitment to our policies, we understand that life happens and try to be as fair to every patient as possible which is why these policies are in place.
