Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your treatment, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. Email: support@naluhealingarts.com Phone: ‭619-699-9328 In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of service. As a courtesy, we will send a confirmation text and/or email before your appointment. If we cannot reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
