Service Description

In this class you will be invited to slow down, relax, and receive through a 10 minute guided meditation with breath-work and 50 minute sound bath. The room will be lightly heated with infrared panels, and you will be supported with blankets and bolsters. As always feel free to bring your own pillow or blanket, or eye cover.
