Family constellations is a therapeutic approach designed to help reveal the hidden dynamics in a family or relationship in order to address any stressors impacting different aspects of life. This is an in-person group dynamic guided by Laura Guzman, a family constellations facilitator with more than 20 years of experience. Family constellations have profound positive effects in our life and the people involved seamlessly. Each session brings and opportunity for self-awareness and compassion, clarity, and direction. You get to identify the energetic blocks that are holding you back or affecting your day-to-day life. It can be related to a family related pattern, closing a romantic relationship, or addressing physical pain. The dynamic of family constellation consists of having a group of people participate to represent the related persons involved and they get to experience the emotional, mental, and physical sensations in a light and fascinating way. This allows you to understand and witness the intricacies involved in the issue being addressed. Towards the end the goal is to set things into place to allow for expansion and release of anything that doesn't serve you moving forward. To sign up pay a $100 deposit today to hold your spot and $100 the day of the session, you can also pay $200 to pay the session in full. It is required for all people to stay for all constellation sessions to have enough people who can participate.
