Service Description

This class will begin with Breathwork techniques from the Yogic tradition that will lay the foundation for the class. The movement portion will be a blend of a Yoga Flow to warm the body and Pilates exercises to build strength and stability. There will be a guided Meditation before a final rest. This is a fusion class that incorporates modalities to give you energy and awareness and to ground yourself and your nervous system. This class will be lightly heated with infrared panels.
