Service Description

Sunday, February 19th at 10am & 2pm We will do 30 minutes of guided Breathwork to get started, flooding the blood with oxygen, increasing serotonin in levels, and prepping our bodies and minds for the cold exposure. Danah explains the science and methodologies behind cold immersion, Wim Hof and other techniques included. We then go over what you can expect to feel in the tub, mindset techniques, warm up exercises for after, and get started! Each person has a goal of staying in the ice bath for three minutes or longer, and we have yet to have anyone not hit that mark. Even the most hesitant of participants are always so glad they participated, and often the biggest fans in the end! Come experience all the health benefits of breathwork and cold immersion. Push past your mental limits and find a sense of calm while getting a full body reset. It’s going to feel so good!
