Service Description

1st Sunday of the month, beginning February 5th, 6pm-8pm We are hosting Seya Speake-Pine to guide us through Breathwork. Breath Church is a Sacred Somatic Circle, a community-based ceremony where we utilize connected, conscious breathing to anchor us into present moment awareness. We have the opportunity to deeply shift our nervous system state and co-regulate this way. Integration of past repressed emotions & physical blockages/density is made possible through this potent modality. PRE-REQUISITES: to have a psychosomatic practice/movement based practice and/or therapeutic support (Promo code can not be used for events/workshops)
