Nicole will be leading the flow & I will be applying acupressure ear seeds & guiding you through a meditation with crystal sound healing.
The movement portion of the class will be accessible for everybody and any level of experience

Sunday, June 27th 9am-1pm Yoga/Sound Healing class 10am-11am (must reserve in advance) $20 for class and the event is free and open to the public
