This treatment is a combination of either Acupuncture, Cupping and/or Massage.  After a thorough intake to determine the diagnosis of what is best for the patient, specific points are stimulated to achieve a desired effect.  

A treatment with all 3 modalities will begin with a few Acu points for a root treatment.  While the needles are resting, the therapist will massage targeted muscles to palpate areas of concern and loosen up the muscles.  After the massage, Acupuncture needles are inserted into the back & neck, these points will need to rest for at least 15-20 minutes to have a full release.  Once the needles are taken out, the therapist will then administer cupping on the back & neck to release any more tension.  

If you have pain &/or tightness on both sides of the body, it is advised to schedule a 90 minute treatment to allow time for each affected area to release.
